After a long, long Winter full of Rain, lots of Snow and even Hurricanes, Spring has finally arrived and with it the first day of outdoor training for our Special Olympics athletics club on the track at the Waterford Regional Sports Centre (RSC)

Our Athletics team has been training indoors in the Presentation Secondary School all over the dark winter months.

Today was the first day of Outdoor training and there was a great turnout, with a number of new athletes that have joined the Waterford club over the last few months
